| The purpose of the Developed Design stage is to develop the final Sketch Design and produce a set of documents suitable for DA lodgment. Prior to preparation of DA documentation and lodgment, we also recommend that a detailed Budget Estimate be prepared for the project by a qualified Quantity Surveyor. |
